early pregnancy test,super nauseous,huge..sign of twins?!?

So I decided to test early and to my surprise I saw this?! Also already feeling sick and huge, it's my third and I didn't have any symptoms or find out until 6 weeks with my last 2. I know it's weird but I've been having dreams I'm having twins before I even found out and so did my husband. Am I crazy or is early hcg and symptoms a sign?! Anyone have any info?!

Congrats! Unfortunately, regarding you being "huge" we tend to show sooner in our pregnancies with each one. BUT if you're having dreams about it I would say it's definitely possible! Some people just dream things before they happen!

In my twin pregnancy, I didn't experience any significant or different symptoms to lead me to believe I was carrying twins.

Yet, if there are twins on your dads side of the family you have a higher chance of having twins.

Congratulations the other night I dreamt of my BFP then the day after that I dreamt me being at a sonogram and I was finding out the gender of my twins! I've been TTC for 9 months for a second child!

I have twins, and I got my positive test 12dpo. I wasn't even trying, but had a feeling I was pg. Anyways, for about a week or more I was downright exhausted. I slept 18 hours a day and was still exhausted. As for being sick....not really.  I took the anti-nausea pills they give in Canada called diclectin as soon as I found out. However, my hcg was very high. At 4 weeks it was 1080, at 4w6d it was over 5000. My singleton was 7000 at 7 weeks. The confirmation was really the ultrasound I had at 5w6d.

I also wasn't even trying to get pregnant, just bought a test one day and wasn't tracking periods or anything. But it picked up super early after going back and tracking my days. It was a dollar store cheapie too so I do believe twins will show up on a test sooner.

I tested positive at 8 dpo with an 88 cent test followed by a few first response and have been wondering about twins as well! I kind of have a feeling n my friend told me I'd have twins. She was correct in telling me my last pregnancy was a boy the day I told her.
