Walmart workers.

Ok so first off i do top stock but was scheduled to come in and work frozen. I as my store manger can u get a pay difference since i can ever do my path ways (how i get my $10 raise) cause im in different areas of the store and she looked at me and said no in a rude way then in a threating said do you want to go home. I said no because my fiancée (use to work with me at the same store but left because of our store manger rude and lowkey discrimination) has the car. My question is if a called Human resources will i kinda have a case against her. Shes already under investigation be cause of all the transfers going on at the store coworks have got calls eing asked whats there reason they dont want to be here and we have got unknown visits.
