most ounces your baby eats at once?

Question

What is the most ounces your baby has eaten at once? My favorite bottles that I bought quite a few of only hold 6.5 ounces. Baby gets mostly expressed breastmilk but we may go to exclusively formula eventually. Thanks!!

Ur baby will most likely never drink more then 4-5 ounces of Breastmilk at a time, as Breastmilk changes to meet their needs so even at 12 months most babies still drink 4 ounces. 6.5 is way to much of either at this early stage.

They should be eating 20-30 oz per day so it just depends on how your baby breaks that up.  I'm fortunate enough that my 12 week old has been sleeping through the night since about 8/9 weeks so he typically eats: 7 oz when he wakes about 7am; 6-7 oz around 10:30/11; 6 oz about 2/3; 4 oz at 5/5:30; 4 oz right before bed at 7.  Totals between 26-29 oz per day.

My LO eats 5.5-6 0z pumped breastmilk  every feeding three hours apart. He's definitely  other overfed and the doctor stated the amount he is recieving is perfectly healthy. If he doesn't finish the bottle, then he doesnt. I don't try to force feed him, but if I give him less, he is still hungry and fussy. I always put 6ozs in the bottle and he eats what he wants and what he doesn't, I dispose of. I have a healthy supply so for us, it works!

My baby boy is 11 weeks old and the most he's ever had at once is 4oz but usually he drinks 4-4.5 every 3-4 hours.

My 10 week old has eaten 8 oz of breast milk at one time... It shocked me but she was hungry.  Regularly she will take 6 oz of breast milk.

My baby eats 3 1/2-4oz every 3-4hours. At night he'll breastfeed 1-2times. I remember doing this with my four year old and the most he ever drank as 4-6oz til he was 1.  Never did I see him eat more. But hey it's like they say every baby is different.
