Possible twin?

These are pictures of my sisters 3d ultrasound. When she sent them to me I noticed what looks like a second baby's face in the first picture. I didn't say anything to her about it because I figured I was seeing things where there was nothing. Well I was going through the other pictures she sent me and, in the second picture shown, saw what looked like abother baby's nose, lips, and chin. The second picture is cropped. To the left is the chin and neck of the baby we know for sure is there.

This is my sisters first pregnancy after 13 years of trying. I feel like I should point them out to her so she can bring it up to her doctor at her appointment on Tuesday but don't want to get her hopes up. Opinions please
