My best girl friend is getting married next October. We have been discussing having her bachelorette party in Walt Disney World since we are huge Disney fans. We would most likely be going to Florida for a long weekend next August. However, DH and I have been TTC (4 months so far) and if we are lucky enough to get a BFP this month the due date will be end of June/early July. My question is would I be considered a bad Mom to go on this girls trip a month/month and a half after giving birth? I would ask my Mother-in-law to visit to give DH some help while I'm gone. To those that have given birth before, how realistic would my plan be recovery wise? Thanks for your input.
