8 days

Hey guys, I'm 8 days before my period. I took a test yesterday and today and both were negative. I'm excited and curious. I have been experiencing headaches backaches and what seems to be "little twinges" in my uterus. And after my most fertile days were over I had cramps all day and all night (only lastest until that next day). My question here is, do you think it's possible that I will maybe end up getting a positive closer to my period? I was pretty sure I was pregnant until I took these test and now I'm feeling like I got my hopes to high:/
