What do you recommend? I hate our carrier and want to get a better one that'll grow with my babe!

I have a Lillebaby. I got it because my sister got an Ergo fir my niece and then after just a few months realized she'd much rather have a Lillebaby. I didn't want to go through that. I hear there are lending libraries for carriers so you can try them out and see what works best for you - maybe see what you can find in your area?

Hubby and I love our K'tan because it is like a wrap and a carrier. We can wear her in different positions as she gets bigger.

Tula hands down! I have a standard with an infant insert. I can carry my 8 week old and 2.5 year old. It goes up to like 50 pounds and can be worn on the front or back. Its extremely comfortable too. They're a little pricy but I use it every day. It's a great investment.
