Clearblue OPK with PCOS

Shannon • My name is Shannon (glasses) and my partner`s name is Jo. We are trying for our first baby. We are a same-sex couple so we will officially start the insemination process in Dec/Jan.
Hi. I currently use the "pink" opk and some of the comments regarding OPKs is confusing me. I do have PCOS and have a generally regular period (every month +|- 5 days). Most recently, my period has changed a little, but when I take the opk, I do not always get a positive sign. Is it safe to say that I can continue to use the opk?
