1st pregnancy miscarried at 9weeks

Was 9 weeks pregnant and started spotting light brown discharge intermittently Friday. Sunday afternoon went to the toilet and the discharge was now darker red with a little brown clot. As the afternoon progressed felt like period pains and the bleeding increased. Went to A&E and was told it's probably excess mentrasual blood from before implantation and they wouldn't give me a scan as not 12 weeks. 3hrs later I got a huge urge like I was going to wee myself and that was the huge surge of blood, I was drenched in it, went to the bathroom and more blood and a large clot- I'd passed the foetus and miscarried. Me and my BF are devasted.
