If you are getting WIC they have free lactation consultant there for you. You can go get breastfeeding help as much as you need. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Also most local health departments have low cost lactation consultants. Please, if your struggling REACH OUT FOR HELP. Please don't think your alone. breastfeeding isn't always as simple as just show baby the boob and it eats..... At the end of the day if you give formula ... It's not the end of the world... Don't beat yourself up. I'd you baby has a full tummy, is clean, has a dry button and loved.... That is all that matters.
