Ugh!!! 5 days late

So I am five days late. I have sore, itchy breasts. I had spotting 8 and 9 dpo and also spotting the second and third day AF was SUPPOSED to come. Nothing since then. I have a 29 day cycle and its like clockwork and never fails me. I'm on cycle day 35 now and I'm just really frustrated because I took a test this morning AND the day my period was supposed to be due with first morning urine and they were both BFN's!!!!😩 I'm an emotional wreck!😂 Someone please tell me what is going on 🙁😧. I think I am pregnant. And also, I can't go get a blood test done (its personal and y'all would be mad if you knew) I'm sorry. Please any advice would help.
