My mostly breastfeed baby has had two strange poops lately. One just now  and one last night. He is mostly breastfeed with supplementation on occasion. He last had 2 oz of supplement on Sat night so I don't think that would have affected  a poop on Sunday night and again on today. He has also been extra sleepy the last 48 hours. However when he is awake he seems happy and content. He doesn't have a fever but do you think this poop looks concerning? Sorry for the picture, but I couldn't find any good pics of what diahrea looks like in a 2 month old to compare.
