How early can you start pumping milk and storing it? I'm 23w4d and leaking a lot?

That's not milk, that is colostrum. If you tried to pump you wouldn't get much anyway. Wait until your baby is born and your milk comes in 3-5 days later.

Be very careful!!!!! Pumping / breastfeeding releases a natural hormone in your body called "Oxytocin". This is the same hormone that starts labor!

Your milk doesn't come in until a few days after your baby is born. Right now your body is producing colostrum, the baby drinks it for that first few days, but it doesn't fill them up like milk does so there is really no point at all in saving it. Before you do anything you do need to speak with your doctor though, as pumping leads to pre term labor, and it's not worth it at this point to risk that.

I could be wrong because I have not dived into the breastfeeding knowledge yet but I don't think you're leaking milk. I think it's colostrum. If you google that word, it might help you. Sorry I don't have an answer.
