Second trimester feelings

I have hit the wall... I FEEL pregnant but I don't quite look it!?!?! Some of my friends are also due beginning of of 2017 and they are super showing but also have all the energy and seem to be symptom-less!!! So ladies, where on the spectrum do you fall!!!
