Only Tylenol

So I am pregnant, I am 9 weeks today, but as a little girl I was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis, now I can't take any of my medications due to my pregnancy, as of right now I am in so much pain in my right shoulder that I just keep crying and I feel so helpless, I'm sad that tylenol is the only medicine available because it does not help me. I'm sorry I'm just venting because I did not know this was going to be so painful. But I love my Lil jelly bean inside me. That I think it's going to be worth it at the end.
