Can you be pregnant and bleed drough out the whole pregnancy?

Well 4 months ago i rushed to the hospital bc I was 7 weeks pregnant and I was bleeding and they weren't sure if I was going to miscarriage so they said to wait and see wjat will happen so I did bleeding stop and I had an appointment they told me they saw the sac but they couldn't see no baby so they just sent me home saying I had a miscarriage so a few weeks later I started bleeding again think it'd my period ,but i'ven having soar breast I have a black line in my stomach from my belly button and down and my stomach is big ...I tell my hb I feel something move in my upper left side but ever since I bleed can i still be pregnant? ?

I take pregnancy test and they al come out positive if iam ail be around 5 months ...I'm so confused does anyone know anything
