Newborn babies first Christmas gifts..?

What did you do or plan to do for your newborn for Christmas ? I'm due November 21st, so my baby will be about a month when Christmas was here and I'm clueless as to what to get her! I refuse to do nothing since she's going to be small, it's her first Christmas and my first with my little angel. But I don't plan on going all out and spending a fortune, but I do want to get her some small things to make it special. So far I plan on getting her first ornament and stocking, Idk what else. I'm thinking maybe I'll buy things I still need for her like a baby swing, bottle rack, swaddled, bottles etc to open with her as "gifts" haha. What do you plan on doing for gifts for your newborn babies?

My little one will be six weeks old at Christmas.  I'll get a keepsake ornament,  a cute Christmas outfit and sleeper and then probably wrap up some of the 'play' stuff I've bought for him already that won't have been used yet - I've got loads of stuff and expect most of it will still be untouched by Christmas so don't see a need to buy more specifically for the occasion.

My son was 10 months for his 1st Xmas but I got him a special Xmas tree decoration from etsy

Except it has his name & 2013 & blue eyes

Maybe a funny elf costume so I can take some pretty pictures of her by the tree. And a toy or smth, nothing fancy. I'm already looking for a new born Halloween costume, for the same reason, just to document everything with pictures. She will be born any day now.

We're doing the same, baby is getting a Christmas ornament & personalized teddy bear. I don't plan on getting baby any real gifts until he's old enough to remember. Even my niece who will be just under 1yr at Christmas is getting several wrapped boxes just to tear the paper off.

My baby will be here no later than December 5th as I'm being induced at 39 weeks unless she comes at 37+ weeks in her own. We did a layaway as we have 6 kids to purchase for and it's a lot of money all at once. We did teetered and rattlers, clothing, and a few toys as well as pacifiers and bottles

I'm due the same day! 😊😊 my mum has already brought my little boy his birthday gift ( it's her first grandchild ) 😂 I will be buying him something I'm not sure yet though as well

I don't plan on doing anything :) 
1. It will mean nothing to him
2. He'll have everything he needs/could possibly want at that point
3. Others (grandparents) will buy gifts anyway

My son was born on nov 16th, we did go all out for his first Christmas, we got him a stuffed animal that played lullabies, and a couple pairs of pajamas. We did a little more for his 2nd Christmas, but this year for his 3rd were going out
