Opinions on Birth Control?

I've been on the mini pill since having my son and am looking in to switching methods of birth control. I'm just trying to find the best one that will leave me with a regular period and the ability to stop and get pregnant easily when the time comes. I know I don't want an iud, but I haven't heard much about any other methods. Any opinion is greatly appreciated.

Asides from the pill the contraceptions I have used, implant and depo would be ones to steer clear of. They both can stop your period and could take up to a year to get your fertility back. If you're planning on having another child in say 2 years then you could use one of these forms just make sure you come off it at the right time. I haven't used the patch or don't know much about it but have you looked into that?x
