Overreacting?

My boyfriend has had a dog for 8 years he's grown very faund too.. I stay with him almost all the time. I love her like she is my own dog. I'm pregnant.. at risk of having our baby early. (30 weeks currently) it concerns me about how Mookie is going to react. She's very spoiled (mainly bc he spoils her) she sleeps in the bed with him, has hair everywhere, whines, gets in your face while you're eating. She's very jealous of ppl when it comes to my boyfriend... the list goes on.. I try to enforce some rules bc his mom doesn't want her here when the baby gets here. But I try to enforce rules for her, but I feel like he doesn't listen or let her follow them when I'm not here.... I love the dog. But my baby is more important than the dog at this point. Am I overreacting & being hormonal & reading into this too much ?
