Yes you can have a sandwich, yes THERE could be Bactria on it.... Should you eat it everyday for your whole pregnancy, probably not.  If you are worried heat the meat up for 30 seconds and you will be fine. The heat will kill the Bactria. I hope you eat it, because it looks amazing and I have been craving a turkey and pepper jack sandwich. I just don't have the stuff to make one. 😍

No. Do you know for sure it's been stored and prepared correctly? That the person making it didn't leave the ham out of the fridge for too long?
That's the listeria risk. If you know for sure it's okay then yes, you can.

I would eat it, they say theres a chance of getting listeria, but as my dr and my mother told me, women have been eating deli meat for years and its only been a couple cases of women who got listeria from bad lunch meat. Do what you feel is right

Go for it! You know how many women eat cold meat all the time?? I've eaten lunachables, salami, turkey and ham all from the deli and baby's perfectly healthy

I've been told to avoid deli meats like ham salami etc unless it's fully cooked on pizza etc. Definitely not fresh ham.
