11 weeks and 4 days pregnant and sharp cramps

Since last night I have been having a few sharp cramps. One was quite bad it woke me up from deep sleep. I have a urine infection at the moment that I am taking antibiotics for Could that be the reason why I am having those horrible cramps but no bleeding. If it continues I will make a appointment at the early pregnancy unit but I am sick and tired of going to this scan its so nerve wracking I feel like I am having a nervous breakdown. Has anyone else had cramps like mine i am almost 12 weeks I just pray God brings my baby into the world safely.
