opk help

Today is CD18. These are CVS brand opk strips.  My NP told me to start tracking my ovulation, and told me any brand is find. The directions for the CVS brand states "First Morning Urine". On, CD 14 I began only testing in the morning per instructions. I initially thought they were all positives, until this mornings test was very bright. My husband and I baby dance every other day, on rare occasions two nights in a row, we BD last night. I am completely new to opks, I bought cheap test from CVS, and I have no idea what I am doing. I'm assuming that Today on CD 18, I am ovulating. What do you ladies think? It seems like this brand is very sensitive, and I am not taking anything that could give me a false positive.
