Another female touching on my dude’s penis? 😅

So yesterday, this guy that I talk to– that I'm beginning to take serious again (we've been on and off since August) told me that some girl that had a boyfriend was “touching on him” and that he was sort of surprised so he sat there and pushed her off (which makes no sense if you think about it, it's either one or the other). Now I began wondering how something like this had the chance to happen, but then I brought this problem to my friends and they said that they'd give him the silent treatment if they were in my shoes but they also went on to say “at least he told you, some guys wouldn't have told you” which I feel is also correct. But at the same time, I rather him not tell me things like this– this is a long distance thing so there's not much I can do about this situation but... I just don't know.
