How much caffeine are you having during pregnancy?

I use to be a big caffeine drinker but I stopped my first trimester because of the risks and I was sick as a bug anyway. 
Now I just sometimes drink half a cup of coffee or a coke and I can feel the caffeine kick! 
It's great not needing it like I use to.

I think you have to drink more than 12 oz to get 200 mg, Coke for example has less than 40 I believe for a can

I usually have a 20 oz decaf...I know decaf still has caffeine in it. I can't resist a little pick me up every now and then.

I don't drink much but that's because I never have. 2 or 3 times a month I'll get a coffee from Starbucks. I looked it up and the drink I get has 100mg of caffeine in a medium and that's what I get usually so I'm set!

It's completely fine to have caffeine during pregnancy as long as it's not like 600mg every day or some crazy large amount every single day.

None of the options really apply for me. I still have a small cup of coffee in the morning but it definitely doesn't have the 200mg limit.

I'm assuming I'll go back to my regular coffee drinking post baby tho 😜👍🏻
