coming off the contraceptive pill...

Hi ladies

wondering if anyone can give me any guidance. I came off my pill to start trying for a family after my last period which was beginning of September. So I presumed my next period would be first week of October but nothing has come as yet.

I have been on the pill for a lot of years, is it normal that my period could be late and take a while to come as my body is probably wondering what's happening...??

Is it normal for your cycle to change??
