I told people I was pregnant when I was 5 weeks and end up having a miscarriage, when is the best time to tell family you're pregnant ? I don't want to tell them too early and I miscarry again .

Generally speaking, they say that after 12 weeks,  ur chance of misscarige decreases. However, that's not entirely true.
Women misscarry at 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 18, 20, 24, 26 weeks... women go full term and have stillbirths..
There's no safe zone throughout pregnancy so u announce whenever u want and feel conformable. .

I went through a similar situation - told close friends/family around 6 weeks & found out at 8 that I'd had a missed miscarriage. This time, we told parents around 10 weeks, after the first appointment/scan where we saw the heartbeat. Everyone else we told after my 13 week appointment.
