popping and clicking
For some reason today my neck anytime I move my head I feel this popping/clicking it doesn't hurt but it's uncomfortable and my neck muscles feel exhausted.. anyone experience this before? Any idea of what may cause it? I don't like it and am kind of freaked out by it! Any suggestions to make it go away? Also I'm 7 weeks pregnant so can't take medicine..
