What's changed about me is I'm not a slob anymore I feel like I'm constantly cleaning everything even wen there's nothing really To clean

My baby is 8 days old.
Things that have changed:
Fiance is slightly more cautious when driving the car with the baby in it.
He's actually very intimate (not sex but he's more into just cuddling and holding me at night especially when I'm having a tough day).
I actually feel more rested than when I was pregnant.
Fiance is actually being way more considerate when it comes to me being able to take care of myself. He constantly asks me if I need to use the bathroom or take a shower or if I've eaten

I'm an early bird now, I used to wake up at around 1pm (on the weekends & when I didn't have school) now I'm always up by 8 no matter what. Also had to learn how to cook & budget 😂

Hardly any time for myself and when I do get time without baby all I do is wonder when she will be back with me.

Also feel like some of my independence is gone. I used to work and manage all things Life just fine by myself. I'm having to accept more help than I thought and that makes me uncomfortable sometimes.

My home is in worse shape than before. Clean clothes, baby paraphernalia Dishes get done a bit later than I like. Don't ask me about the last time I showered because I don't know or is this a test question and you are taking my little lovable terrorist so I can shower? My nights are longer than my days....did you know that the whole early bird and night owl thing is genetic? Look it up! My night owl daughter is just like her mother we both peak in energy in the afternoon/evening no matter what. I do things slowly because I'm 28 weeks pregnant and I haven't been able to remember a thing. A lot gets left half done so I take my time...but my kid is great. She's smart and healthy. There's never a dull moment (even when I wish there was or she'd take a damn nap for once) around here and I wouldn't trade it to save the world. I'm literally the glue of our little three some. Daddy helps when he can (works till 8) and aside from what ever needed to be done as long as dinner is made and there's clean laundry that's all that matters. The weekend is the best time for things like... showering, shaving, having almost thirty minutes to myself and of course waiting for the kid to go to bed so we can knock boots...if we aren't already asleep or quietly eating ice cream. Kids KNOW when there are goodies present. No matter how quietly you go about it or what they are doing  they KNOW!
