My LO doesn't sleep through the night but would always go right back down after night feedings. Over the past few nights she's started being wide awake after feeds.  Why?!?

Around 4 months their sleep cycles change. They go in and out of deep and light sleep. This could be it!! Look up 4 month sleep regression stuff online.

Omg I just posted inquiring about this too!!! Axel slept great!! Bath, bottle, and bed between 7-7:30.. would only get up once around 2 or 3, and would sleep till 7-9.. last night, it was a fight to go to sleep.. and hour and 20 minutes of bouncing and rocking and bouncing and rocking, lay down, rub back, pick up... repeat.. and then he got up 3 times throughout the night😩

So he's not broken? Lol other people are having issues too?

Ahhh sleep has been rough as I write this at 510 am with a baby who would go back to sleep is wide awake

Sleep has been hell for us lately too. All i can think of is "sleep regression" good luck ...
