NEW sleep issues??

Question

Anyone else have a baby that slept great, and now not so much??? I don't get it, he only got up once a night, slept thru the night twice.. and now, like last night.. it was a fight to go to sleep.. and he got up 3 times.. bedtime routine hasn't changed.. so frustrating! 😩😳

We just hit the sleep regression on Sunday. Been a loooong week. He used to sleep through the night or only wake once to eat. Now we are back to at least 3 times a night. I was dreading this, especially since I was so spoiled by great sleep 😖

Happening to us too!! It makes me very grateful for the short period of time when he was finally sleeping great. I was just starting to get used to not waking up every two hours anymore!
