Try the pregnancy limbo. The person takes a ballon place under shirt and go under the limbo stick. Also, fastest bottle drinking contest. Tissue diapers -You split ppl up into teams give them a roll of tissue time it and see who makes the best diaper.

I'm not really a baby shower game person but one thing we're doing at my coed shower is funny / encouraging messages on the diapers. Guests write them for us to read on our late night diaper changes lol

At ours my friend hid 40-something teeny tiny plastic baby bottles all around the living room and whoever found the most got a little prize. I thought it was too funny

We only played 2 at ours-one was the price is right and there was a list of items and you had to write down how much you thought it was and then total it all up-closest person won
Then we had baby jeopardy! My sister made a big jeopardy board with baby related categories

We teamed up and just went around the room. It was a lot of fun! ---got the idea of Pinterest 
And last easy game was she took these mini play six babies and froze them in ice cubes and everyone got a ice cube baby in a bowl and whoever a baby became completely free of the Ice cube had to tell my water broke! And got a prize
