Low protein S?
So I had a blot clot test done bc my father has a history of blood cots causing him to have 2 previous stroke which caused him to become legally blind loosing 75% of his eyesight. But he also has always been a smoker! He is on blood thinner for life and gets weekly blood test done to check his levels.
So anyways, I got my test done and the results came back borderline low protein S. I was referred to a hematologist whose office I just left because my OB said I may need to be placed on a blood thinner. The hematologist said he really wasn't sure because sometimes in pregnancy it can cause it to become low he just isn't sure how low. So he asked to do some research and call me tomorrow. Has anyone else dealt with borderline low protein S and what did they do for you?
