when are you planning on introducing a bottle and pacifier?

I just can't wait to introduce a bottle so my boyfriend can help out with the feedings and a pacifier because she comfort feeds at night. I'll feed her for about 15-20 minutes at night and pop her off when she's asleep and when I go to set her in her pack n play, she'll start rooting and making noises. I'm thinking at a month old I'll introduce bottles but it's so tempting now 😭

I tried every other day starting at 5 weeks she finally got the hang of it between 6-7 weeks !! I pump and have hubby feed her she loves it 💓

The recommendation is 6 weeks.. but I'd say whenever you feel like he has it down pat and won't have nipple confusion. I tried at 3 weeks, my son is 5 months, never did take a soother and will only take a bottle reliably through the night when he's half asleep

We did bottles at a week because he needed to be supplemented. We use avent natural. He rarely takes a pacifier and will only take mam brand.

Don't plan on using a pacifier but a bottle maybe by 2-3 months...

I used a bottle his first week because out hurt so bad to breastfeed. I tried to give him a paci but he doesn't like it, he will only take it if he's going to go to sleep and that took 6 weeks. It really depends on the baby. I would introduce them and see how he does.

We give our 3 week old one small bottle of expressed milk every other day just so his daddy can feed him too. We started at 16 days old. 
We won't give a pacifier until 6 weeks.

Babies are supposed to nurse and they are supposed to cry and be nurtured by just us not artificial means. I just think he's way to little now and I give him whatever he wants-- generally it's the boob...

My son is a week old and I have already introduced both. He still latches to my breast whenever I breastfeed and when my nipple needs a break I'll give him a bottle. My sister in laws daughter is 5 months old and won't take a bottle at all! So I wanted him to get use to both early so I wouldn't have the problem of him only wanting to nurse off me.

I'm having the same issue 😞 we brought out baby home Thursday, she sleeps and is SO good during the day. Eats every 3ish hours, latches well... Then night hits and its EVERY 45 minutes. She stops latching correctly and just screams when she's not on my boob 😣 They hurt SO badly and I'm getting NO sleep whatsoever! Half the time I'm too out of it to even fix her bad latch.. I just sit there and suffer and hope for daylight when she'll sleep again!!!!

I would absolutely LOVE to give her a paci, but I'm worried she'll lose weight or something 😕 hope it works out for you SOON!

We don't do pacifiers, but for bottles, I'll introduce Within the first three weeks. I waited till almost six weeks with my daughter and it was awful because she would not take it.
