Breast cancer symptoms?

So I'm only 23 so this seems ridiculous, but I'm actually scared I might be having breast cancer symptoms. I stopped bf like 5 months ago. About 2 months ago I noticed a discoloration around one of my nipples. Recently that same breast randomly hurts/itches. I made a self examination and it does feel different than the other breast. Also, like if I really look for it (sometimes I can't find it) I'll touch a lump that feels really hard almost like rock. Not sure if the lump is real or my imagination but the discoloration and pain/itchiness is really real. Thoughts?
