In all my time working in retail/customer service I haven't had a single meltdown from a teen or young adult. The ones making a fool of themselves over petty little things are alwayyys adults and sometimes elderly people. Whenever I get a teen or young adult they're always nicer even if they have to wait a while or if something's more expensive than they thought. They generally accept it and are still nice. But adults and especially middle aged women will get so angry and act like it's the end of the world. Do you guys have the same experience? Who do you think the worst demographic is when it comes to customer service
