So I've been BF for four days now (since he was born) I noticed today my left nipple is a little weird. When it gets hard the areola and nipple seems become thick/tough and my nipple it self doesn't really come out much it stays sorta flush with the skin. It's not sore milk comes out if I squeeze no signs of an infection honestly. It's making it a little hard to nurse him on that side. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what can I do to soften it up.
