quick question

Am I the only that feels it it's a pain on top of my stomach like in the middle between my breast I can't explain lol.. (not my breast) right under where the stomach starts it's a really uncomfortable feeling with pain I think it's growing pains ( stretching)  but isn't weird that I only feel it there? Is this normal? And it's mostly more at night time  I'm 29 weeks but I been feeling this since I was around 15 weeks
