My fiances lawyer is pressuring me into countering my statement of when my fiance got physical with me... he wants me to tell them i lied just so they would take him away. I didnt lie. And i know its against the law to lie about a statment... i know if i counter it i could go to jail for 6 months for soemthing i didnt do. I know that if i dont counter my statment my fiance is looking at aleast 7 yrs for probation violationa and all the charges they have him for. Uhg i hate this. I hate that they both are asking me to lie to save his ass. He hurt me. Why should i be punished for his behavior
