I am about 4 weeks from returning to work, and will be receiving my final payment for PFL a week from tomorrow. I just was told that my friend who was gonna watch my baby when I went back no longer can. Due to the insaaaane cost of childcare, we've decided I'm going to quit my job and stay home. It would cost us MORE than I make at my job to pay for childcare, and I'm just not comfortable sending my 12 week old to a daycare. My question is- is this going to be a problem since I just got paid for 6 weeks of paid family leave? Will I have to pay the state back? How does this work? Or do I just quit and that's it? Thanks!
