Pregnant Again!?

Well, I have a 10 month old son that was born December 19th of 2015. This year, on August 11th, I miscarried at 10 weeks. And now? I've got another positive test! I took one last week, and it was negative. My plan was to wait one week to make sure I'm not pregnant, and then go get on birth control. Well now, I've got this tiny little plus sign in the window. My first question is: That's positive, right?? That line showed up within seconds on me peeing on it! My second question is, if I am pregnant, what are the odds of me having another miscarriage? I don't think I could go through that again! Opinions please!
