If you're ttc or pregnant what method would you perfer?

I had a c-section and really wanted a natural birth. Having a c-section comes with  possible complications, longer hospital stay and long recovery time. I was in the hospital for almost 5 days and wanted to crawl the walls. I actually switched to a Dr. who considers vbac because it's something that I want to experience.

Iv had 3 c sections I would of liked to try natural though

Natural. But if contractions get bad, epidural all the way.

Natural 🙃 I went natural first time and had no pain relief whatsoever because by the time I got to hospital I was 9cm gone so I would like to do it again

I had a vaginal birth with my son. 38 hours of natural labor, followed by 4 hours with an epidural. I went home 24 hours later (to the minute!) and was up and feeling good.

Recently I had abdominal surgery. I was in the hospital for 4 days, and it took weeks to feel comfortable moving again.

Given the difference in recovery time, I'd have a c-section if it was a legitimate medical necessity, but I would never, ever opt for one.
