period cramps
Guys, it's 6 am, and I haven't gotten any sleep because my stomach hurts so bad I can feel it in my legs too. Please, someone tell me how to make it stop. I have no medication at all, and my dad doesn't believe me when I say it hurts to just stand or sit when I'm like this so I might have to go to school. Someone please help.
