Do you ovulate the day 33 percent on glow or the day after that??

Answer

Glow can only give you an estimate based on your periods, so I'd use a OPK to know for sure when you ovulate. But I believe the day it's at 33% is the most likely day you will ovulate. I think they give you the day after at a lower percentage just in case their algorithm is off by one day.
