**help bad baby acne???

My son is almost 7 weeks he stared to get  baby acne all over his face n head around 3-4weeks but the past week his chest n back of neck is bad.. is this baby acne or something else .. have I week appoitment in a week with doctor will talk to him but looking for advice

It could be a reaction to whatever lotion, soap, or laundry detergent you are using. Anything with the word ''fragrence'' is a red flag in our family
