bicornuate uterus...?

I have a bicornuate uterus, which drs have told me it's hard to get pregnant with this. I also have pcos. Any women with either of these have tips for ttc??

I was told I had "either a binocurate uterus or a septated uterus" which are slightly different. I got pregnant the first time trying but lost it VERY EARLY. I then conceived the following month and am 22 weeks pregnant. I was told in the beginning my uterus was binocurate and I had to go to a specialist. My specialist found I had a septum, not a binocurate uterus which is more common. They usually call them binocurate until confirmed as septate. A true binocurate is very unusual. I'm considered higher risk for preterm labor and growths restriction due to my septum but so far so good. 
Although my septum didn't really give me too much trouble with conceiving besides the first time (which we believe was either caused by he egg getting fertilized too late or it implanting in the septum and not making it), I do recommend looking into the surgery before trying to concieve so that you don't have to worry about it. Talk to your doctor about if they suggest it. My doctor originally told me they only recommend it after 3 miscarriages which to me is cruel so if they tell you that consider for yourself if you want it and they will do it if you tell them you want it.
