menstrual-like cramps?

I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow and I've been experiencing period-like cramps in my lower abdomen off and on for a few days now. Today I feel a little bit of discomfort in my back. Anyone else feeling this? I had some mucus discharge a few days ago but it was yellowish-white, no blood in it.

I'm 37 weeks and have felt that some.  I thought maybe it was some form of Braxton hicks.  I have an appointment today.  I can let you know what my doctor says.

I have and as I read up some it just seems like your body is just preparing you for baby's arrival...I just drank some more water and laid on my left side for a bit.

I'm having them as well. At my 36 week appointment they did a NST and found out the contractions were 3-5 minutes apart, 40 seconds long. So they told me to go to the hospital to be monitored. Same thing there but I'm not dilating so they weren't concerned. I'm really uncomfortable but my dr said that unless I cannot breath through them to just stay put at home. I have a scheduled c section for Halloween - so anxious!! 🎃

I've been having really frequent contractions for weeks now. Last week I started having bad menstrual like cramps. The doctor said it's normal. I've had NSTs once a week and everything is fine!

I am 33 weeks and 2 days. I have been having the same cramps as well the past couple days.

That accurately describes what I've been feeling and I'm 32 weeks. It's so weird. I feel the cramping but it never lasts and sometimes it's really intense. It goes away so I brush it off and chalk it up to braxton hicks.

Am the same 37+1 today and I've had lower back pain and period cramping for the last 2 days am also 3cm dialated and 60percent effaced but nothing else
