Annoying husband!!

So yesterday I was went to the hospital because I was having bad pain in my abdomen. It turns out I have a torn round ligament. It's not a big deal but really uncomfortable and my doctor has me on restricted activity for the next week until I see him again so no exercise or sex and staying off my feet as much as possible. I have a 16 month old daughter so laying around sleeping all day isn't really possible and I have felt bad for not being able to do much with her. I was talking to my husband and he said to me "it's a nice day, why don't you take her for a walk" .... ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?! he was with me yesterday when the doctor gave me all these instructions. He is so frustrating...
