what would you do

So I'm active duty military and stationed in a remote assignment meaning no other military so we r seen at civilian drs bc there's no military clinic. I am pregnant and when I looked up OBs in my area that Accept tricare and 5 popped up I called all of them 4 out of 5 r no longer delivering babies. So that leaves me no choice but this one OB. I went to my normal PCM today for a referral as without a referral tricare won't cover it. And PCM said this OB isn't the absolute worst but def isn't top pick and he is rude. So what do I do? Do I find a different OB and risk being charged? Just go to less then desireable OB?
