Need Advice

Okay so I am a little frustrated with my S/O. We are not official anymore we decided to wait a month or so (for personal reasons on my part) however we are exclusive. But lately I feel like we have not spent much time together( 3 hours the past month). And we barely text or talk even though we do really care about each other. I brought it up today and we got into a fight(messages below) am I overreacting??! He is busy with work A LOT but I feel like he should show more effort. He has cancelled a date we had 2 days in a row (which sparked the fight today).
