This is my second pregnancy and the first time I had to wait so long to see my love. I went to my ultrasound today and didn't see a bouncing bean but only a sac. She tried a transvaginal ultrasound, but still only a sac with "a shadow in it." I'm devastated but trying to remain optimistic. Maybe she just doesn't want to be seen yet.

The nurse says this could just be a miscalculation of dates or I should think about my options due to a missed miscarriage.

I tried so long for this baby.

I still feel very pregnant and I want to be this child's mother. 😔
